Activities :

• Manage stakeholder relationships across all businesses within VF at HO as well the Zonal level
• Create and present training activities and outcomes data periodically to CBO / CBO DRs and discuss on way forward
• Travel across zones to connect with leaders and frontline staff to assess training gaps and best practices
• Conceptualize new initiatives with defined outcome metrics, and collaborate with zonal training teams to execute the same
• Collaborate with the ID team to create and review learning content
• Deliver selected training modules and TTT sessions for other zonal trainers
