Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Trivandrum. The CFO will oversee financial planning and strategy for the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and long-term financial health. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, leading financial reporting, developing financial policies, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The CFO will collaborate closely with departmental leaders to optimize operational efficiency and cost management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Proven leadership experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare industry
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
