Additionally for the opportunities applied, 10XTD identifies the relevant HR managers and engages HR managers to track the status of application

About the Recruitment Associate Role :

Taking up the follow up request on behalf of the CXO

Identifying the relevant HR manager

Establishing the connect with the HR Manager

Following up with the HR manager, tracking status of the job application of CXO and seeking feedback

Sharing periodic updates with the CXO

Desired Persona

Graduate Profiles

Profiles with minimum 2 yrs plus experience as a recruiter

Only profiles who are not pursuing full time employment
