Public Relations Manager

1. Media Relations & Outreach

Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media publications, and industry influencers.

Drive proactive media outreach to secure coverage in top-tier business, sustainability, and sector-focused publications.

Draft and distribute press releases, statements, and media kits.

Coordinate interviews, press meets, and media responses during key announcements or crises.

2. Content & Communication

Create and refine high-quality content including press notes, leadership quotes, op-eds, thought-leadership articles, FAQs, and talking points.

Support social media teams with PR-aligned content.

Maintain a repository of communication materials, media FAQs, and company credentials.

3. Brand & Reputation Management

• Monitor news, competitor activities, and industry developments;

share insights and recommendations.

Support corporate reputation programs, ESG communication, and brand positioning initiatives.

Assist in crisis communication preparedness and response.

4. Event & Campaign Support

Manage PR activities for product launches, corporate announcements, policy engagements, and industry events.

Liaise with external PR agencies to align strategies and monitor performance.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Track media coverage and prepare monthly PR scorecards, sentiment analysis, and impact reports.

Ensure measurable outcomes from PR campaigns and initiatives.
