POP Utilization = Proper utilization and display of POP on dealer counters
New size / pattern launch = Feedback from dealer and customer
Participation of dealer in scheme, sleeping dealer revival (Nos.)
Fleet / Corporate accounts, Car dealers
Team player, MIS / Market information
Monthly target achievement of YCN
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
