We are seeking a Telesales Team Leader to oversee and drive the performance of our telesales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and a proven track record of leading teams to success.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of telesales agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance team performance.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales techniques.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing environment (2-10 years).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
