Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fullstack Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB. The role involves working on both front-end and back-end development, building scalable web applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Build and maintain APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas, queries, and database optimizations.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other developers to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum processes including sprint planning and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Backend : Node.js, Express.js

2. Frontend : React.js, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3

3. Database : MongoDB (CRUD operations, schema design, indexing).
