💼 Assistant Account Executive – United Facility

📍 Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru | 🏢 On-site | ⏱ Full-Time

💰 Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

United Facility is a Bengaluru-based facility management company providing integrated, cost-effective services across corporate, residential, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks, documentation, and compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial records
  • Prepare & verify invoices and financial documents
  • Manage cash book and bank book
  • Assist with monthly closing
  • Support GST and tax compliance
  • Prepare basic financial reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and daily operational support

Requirements

  • B.Com degree
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience
  • Good communication & organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the Facility Management industry
  • Knowledge of Tally, MS Office, and accounting tools
  • Basic understanding of GST
