Role Overview :
As the Community Outreach Manager, the role involves managing, expanding and nurturing the community while planning and executing outreach initiatives, partnerships, events and engagement campaigns to strengthen the brand’s presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead generation
- Build and manage relationships with community members, partners, and industry leader
- Plan and execute both online and offline community engagement activities across India
- Identify and onboard strategic partners, sponsors, or collaborators to expand community value
- Track community engagement team metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong engagement across community channels
- Handle end to end event management and teams performance
Qualifications & Skills :
2–5 years of experience in community management, outreach, partnerships or event coordinationExcellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.Experience working with outreach program
