Position : Disputes Agent
Pay rate : $5 / hr USD
Duration : 1 year + extensions
Target Start Date : Jan 1
Must Have :
- 3-7 years of experience resolving credit card disputes and chargebacks under Mastercard network guidelines
- Strong expertise of Regulation Z compliance
- Strong knowledge of Mastercard network guidelines and chargeback procedures
Day to Day :
Insight Global is seeking Credit Card Disputes SMEs to join our client's back office disputes resolution team for a large, tech-forward consumer credit card. Our client is a prominent global bank partnering with Mastercard. As an agent, you will tackle a variety of customer scenarios and take action to resolve issues and inquires following Mastercard rules and guidelines and Regulation Z compliance.
