Job descriptionDesign, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Service Mapping modules.Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business needs.Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data.Configure and deploy Service Mapping to visualize application services and their dependencies.Work closely with ITSM process owners to align system functionality with business processes.Perform regular CMDB health checks, audits, and data reconciliation.Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and patches.Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and SOPs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow platform stability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
