What You’ll Be Doing

This role blends Operations and HR Coordination while giving you direct exposure to how a global consulting company runs.

Maintain employee records and update internal systems.

Support recruiting and HR processes (editing, scheduling, communication, coordination).

Assist in creating process charts and workflow documents (Google Sheets, Lucidchart, etc.—training provided).

Join global team calls, take notes, organize tasks, and follow up—you’ll often collaborate directly with US-based leaders and clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships within the organization—you’ll help foster community and engagement in a remote setup.

Reach out to current and former employees for updates, engagement initiatives, and internal communications.

Support internal staffing and recruiting efforts.

Act as a key link between India-based teams and US-based managers.

Who You Are

Fresh Grad or Young Professional

Just out of college or with up to 2 years of work experience? Perfect! We’re looking for someone eager to learn, adapt, and grow.
