Job Title : Talent Acquisition Lead – Corporate Recruitment

Location : AMCO Tower, Sector 09, Noida

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : Minimum 3+ years in Talent Acquisition with team handling experience

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can independently manage recruitment across IT & Non-IT roles and ensure seamless hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Hiring Planning
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
  • Forecast and prepare pipelines for critical roles across business functions.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Handle recruitment for all levels – from junior roles to senior leadership.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Lead a small team of recruiters and guide them for effective hiring execution.
  • Coordinate with external hiring agencies and platforms as needed.
  • Campus Outreach & Bulk Hiring
  • Build and manage college tie-ups for fresher hiring and internships.
  • Drive bulk hiring for sales, support, and operational teams.
  • Process Management & Reporting
  • Track key hiring metrics (TAT, source success, drop-offs) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Align hiring efforts with business goals and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition across IT and Non-IT roles
  • Experience in both volume hiring and mid-to-senior-level recruitment
  • Team handling experience (direct or matrix) is a strong plus
  • Familiar with modern hiring tools, job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented professional
