We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can independently manage recruitment across IT & Non-IT roles and ensure seamless hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Hiring Planning
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
- Forecast and prepare pipelines for critical roles across business functions.
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for all levels – from junior roles to senior leadership.
- Team & Vendor Coordination
- Lead a small team of recruiters and guide them for effective hiring execution.
- Coordinate with external hiring agencies and platforms as needed.
- Campus Outreach & Bulk Hiring
- Build and manage college tie-ups for fresher hiring and internships.
- Drive bulk hiring for sales, support, and operational teams.
- Process Management & Reporting
- Track key hiring metrics (TAT, source success, drop-offs) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Align hiring efforts with business goals and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements :
3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition across IT and Non-IT rolesExperience in both volume hiring and mid-to-senior-level recruitmentTeam handling experience (direct or matrix) is a strong plusFamiliar with modern hiring tools, job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategiesStrong communication, negotiation, and coordination skillsSelf-driven, organized, and goal-oriented professional
