🏢 Hybrid : 3 days per week from office

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager with strong Golang and HTMX expertise to lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, cloud-native systems.

What You’ll Do

✅ Architect and deliver high-performance Golang-based backend systems

✅ Drive technical design sessions and sprint planning

✅ Lead architecture reviews and solution design discussions

✅ Mentor and upskill teams through technical guidance and reviews

✅ Implement Kubernetes / Docker-based cloud solutions with CI / CD best practices

✅ Ensure performance, scalability, and security across deployed applications

What You’ll Bring

🔹 Advanced Go programming expertise – concurrency, memory management, idiomatic Go

🔹 Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures (REST / gRPC APIs)

🔹 Strong understanding of cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) and DevOps tools – Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, GitHub Actions

🔹 Leadership and team management experience in Agile delivery

🔹 Proficiency in performance tuning, system security, and compliance standards

🔹 Additional language familiarity : Python, JavaScript, Bash
