Job Description :

As the .NET Tech Lead at Axiom Software Solutions Limited, you will lead and mentor a team of developers while overseeing the design, development, and delivery of high-quality .NET applications. You will be responsible for making technology decisions, ensuring best practices are followed, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design architecture and development of complex software solutions using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with project managers and other team leads to define project scope and timelines.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to foster professional growth.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Proven experience in leading a development team and managing projects.

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related frameworks.

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
