Hiring : Content Writer & Coordinator (Mumbai-Based)

FOAID – Festival of Architecture & Interior Designing

FOAID is looking for a full-time Content Writer & Coordinator to join our editorial and digital communications team in Mumbai. This role combines writing, research, coordination and event support — ideal for someone who understands architecture / design and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What the Role Involves

• Creating engaging short-form & long-form content for Social Media Channels
• Researching architects, studios, design trends and event topics
• Supporting brand / speaker communication and campaign coordination
• Managing content trackers, documentation and reference material
• Preparing briefing notes and assisting backstage during FOAID events
• On-ground support for sessions, speakers and content capture when required
• Collaborating with the design / marketing team on content calendars & rollouts
• Coordinate & communicate with external stakeholders
• Being flexible with timelines and responsibilities around event cycles
