Job descriptionHandle enquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media, providing detailed information about the school and its programs. Counsel parents and students, showcasing the school’s offerings, facilities, curriculum, and unique strengths. Manage end-to-end admissions process, including follow-ups, documentation, registrations, and conversions. Maintain and update enquiry and admissions data in the system on a timely basis. Coordinate and assist with school tours, interactions, and orientation programs for prospective parents. Support admission campaigns, events, and open houses organized by the school. Ensure a warm, professional, and positive experience for every parent visiting the campus. Achieve admission targets while maintaining strong relationships with parents. 1–3 years of relevant experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or front-office roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment. Good proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. Pleasant personality, patience, and empathetic attitude.
