Job Description :

Established and productive individual contributor, who can work under moderate supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Wound Closure Sales strategy. Applies practical knowledge of the Knotless Tissue Control Device(Stratafix) to drive adoption across focus surgical specialties, maintains business continuity and identifies new opportunities to maintain high growth momentum. Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results based, and professionally managed programs and innovative initiatives for the Stratafix category, under general supervision.

Identifies opportunities to integrate methods based on data trends and the competitive landscape to improve the organization's Sales strategy.

Communicates information throughout the clinical sales area to ensure Surgeons and their teams stay well-informed on product knowledge, launches, policies, and patient safety protocols.

Documents and maintains customer account information and sets up reporting to monitor sales funnel.

Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.

Job Requisition Location / Territory Info : This role is for self motivated sales rep who is comfortable in the OR set up and has the passion to cover the entire state geography.
