Our Client is a leading Engineering Institute. They are looking for a Head of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy. Responsible for talent acquisition and retention, performance management, employee relations, policy development, regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with institutional values, etc.
Ideally, with a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred). Having 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (preferably in the education sector).
Familiarity with academic institutions, regulatory bodies (AICTE, UGC), and HR practices in higher education.
