Job description

We are seeing an ambitious and talented Sr Business Analyst who can leverage technical skills to take on process improvement initiatives across Field Compensation and Incentive Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to leverage data for reporting, dashboards, analytics, managing business processes, and driving process improvements as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and analyze business processes and policies to identify process improvement opportunities and bottlenecks,
  • Maintain and enhance existing database applications and processes,
  • Design, develop and implement solutions to improve processes,
  • Develop and maintain VBA code,
  • Create reports and dashboards,
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights,
  • Provide support and training to end users,
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and controls,
  • Experiment with emerging technologies like MS Power Platform, Power Bi, Python, etc.,
  • Balance between driving new projects and manage business processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field,
  • 5+ Years of hands-on experience in at least 4 or more of the following :
  • Advanced MS Excel (ability to work with / fix / write formulas for analysis / dashboard purposes),
  • Advanced MS Access (ability to work with / fix / update Databases built using MS Access),
  • VBA (we have processes built that triggers events using MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Access),
  • SQL (we work on Amazon Athena DataLake to fetch data),
  • Power BI (we are moving over excel reports to Power BI),
  • Power Platform (we are converting MS Access / Excel / VBA to Dataverse, PowerApp, Power Automate),
  • Python (we are exploring to transition over our VBA based processes to Python based ones)
