About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Head to lead and drive sales operations across the Southern region (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu). The ideal candidate will come with proven expertise from leading organizations in the tyre manufacturing industry (preferably Indag / Midas) and have hands-on experience in fleet management and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy and execution for the Southern region, ensuring revenue and market share targets are achieved.
• Manage dealer networks, distributors, and key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and business growth.
• Identify, develop, and implement business opportunities in fleet management and OEM segments.
• Oversee regional sales teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand presence in the market.
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, and operational processes.
