Job Description-

Position : Executive Assistant

 Calendar Management : Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the executive,

managing their daily agenda, and ensuring they are well-prepared for each engagement.

 Communication : Screening phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on

behalf of the executive when appropriate, and managing their inbox to prioritize important

messages.

 Travel Arrangements : Coordinating travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels,

ground transportation, and any necessary visas or travel documents. This may involve

managing complex travel schedules and ensuring the executive's preferences are met.

 Administrative Support : Providing general administrative support such as drafting

correspondence and maintaining filing systems.

 Information Management : Organizing and maintaining confidential files and records, both

in physical and digital formats, to ensure easy access to important information when

needed.

 Confidentiality : Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, such as

executive decisions, strategic plans, and personnel matters.

 Technology Proficiency : Being proficient in various office software and tools, including

Microsoft Office Suite, calendar applications, and communication platforms, to effectively

perform job duties.

 Flexibility : Being adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks

simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
