Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jalandhar for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, handle employee relations, implement HR policies, and oversee HR management tasks. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding new employees, addressing employee concerns, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves developing and executing strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in Employee Relations and handling employee grievances
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
