Job Description – Branch Manager (Factory)
Purpose
Managing factory-level sales operations and achieving team targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Science / Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Sales with significant exposure of handling retail clients
- Proven team management skills & abilities to meet challenging targets
Experience
8–12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in marble, tiles, furniture or building materials sector.
Languages
Proficiency in English, Tamil, Hindi & Kanada.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales operations directly from the factory.Build relationships quickly with architects, contractors & marble installers quickly.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to get referrals.Build & implement strategies to generate leads in a cost effective & innovative manner beyond existing channels.Must possess strong leadership skillsCoaching the team members & ability to manage teamMonitor and analyze market trends to support business growth.Generate sales reports and provide performance updates to management.KPIs / Performance Metrics
