We are seeking a proactive Deputy Manager - Sales & Marketing with a focus on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end RFQ Management, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving business development. This role is crucial for developing and executing long-term sales strategies to achieve business goals, with a specific focus on our South-based Customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all South-based Customers, handling day-to-day inquiries and building long-term relationships.
- RFQ & Business Development: Take full ownership of RFQ Management for all customer accounts. You will be responsible for new business development, identifying and securing new opportunities to grow the business.
- Planning & Strategy: Lead budgeting and long-term planning activities to forecast sales, set targets, and develop strategic plans for market growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in OEM sales.
- A strong track record in RFQ Management and business development.
- Experience in handling customer accounts, with a focus on South-based Customers.
