On The Rocks is a UK-based Frozen Food Distributor & Wholesaler, proudly supplying premium Ice Creams, Frozen Foods, Beverages, and Packaging to retail and food-service partners across the UK.
As we expand our footprint into India, we’re setting up our new base in Hyderabad — and we’re looking for a self-driven, experienced HR Manager to lead our people and operations setup from day one.
This is a founding HR role — perfect for someone who thrives in autonomy, enjoys building systems from scratch, and wants to shape the culture of an international company entering India.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full-cycle HR setup and recruitment in India.
- Build policies, processes, and documentation aligned with UK HQ.
- Oversee contracts, statutory compliance, payroll coordination & vendor management.
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee engagement.
- Act as the bridge between India and UK teams, driving culture and alignment.
- Provide people analytics and insights to senior leadership.
