The platform works closely with provider leadership teams to drive adoption, outcomes, and scalable healthcare solutions.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid Product + Key Account role for healthcare providers.
You will own product outcomes for key provider accounts, act as the primary product partner for senior stakeholders, translate real business problems into product requirements, and work closely with engineering to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.
This role is ideal for
healthtech Product Managers
who have worked closely with customers / providers and are comfortable owning adoption, expansion, and product success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
Own end-to-end product requirements (PRDs / BRDs) based on provider business needs
Work closely with Engineering and Design through discovery, grooming, UAT, and releases
Identify cross-account patterns to influence product roadmap and prioritization
Define success metrics and track adoption, outcomes, and product impact
Provider & Account Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned healthcare provider accounts
Build strong relationships with senior leadership (CXOs, founders, operations heads)
Drive product adoption, renewals, and account expansion through value delivery
Maintain clear data visibility on account performance and usage
Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, data, sales, ops) to resolve provider needs
Present insights, product updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
5+ years experience in Product Management, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Consulting
Strong preference for healthcare / healthtech / healthcare SaaS
Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms, provider-facing products, or enterprise systems
Skills & Capabilities
Strong product thinking with hands-on experience writing PRDs / BRDs
Comfort working directly with customers / providers and senior stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze usage, adoption, and outcomes
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations,
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills

Healthtech Product Managers
Product Managers working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare platforms
Customer Success / Account Managers who have product ownership exposure
SaaS professionals who have worked in provider or enterprise healthcare environments
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Engineering, or Technology
MBA is a plus, not mandatory
