We are growing fast and are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outreach efforts and generate qualified leads.
Job Description :
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a crucial role in identifying prospecting and qualifying leads. You will be responsible for engaging with decision-makers setting up demo bookings and working closely with our Account Executive to move leads through the sales funnel. Your ultimate goal is to drive high-quality leads (MQLs) that convert into demos and further pipeline opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Hunt for new leads using platforms like Sales Navigator Lusha Mr. E and other relevant tools.
- Lead Qualification : Qualify leads based on Zithara. AI Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria and mark them as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in the CRM.
- Outbound Engagement : Reach out to decision-makers through a combination of outbound channels such as email LinkedIn WhatsApp and phone calls.
- CRM Management : Input and manage leads in the CRM ensuring that all information is up to-date and leads are categorized appropriately.
- Collaborate with Account Executives : Work closely with the Account Executive team to send out personalized sequences from the CRM and maximize engagement.
- Track & Monitor Campaigns : Keep a close eye on sequence performance (open rates click rates) and continuously optimize for maximum outreach effectiveness.
- Demo Bookings : Drive decision-makers toward scheduling demos with the Account Executives focusing on achieving a strong ICP-to-demo conversion ratio.
- Pipeline Management : Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the Account Executive and track their progress throughout the sales process.
KPIs
Maintain a healthy ratio of ICP-qualified leads to demo bookings with decision-makers. Achieve or exceed monthly targets for demo bookings.Ensure high engagement rates for outbound sequences with a focus on open rates and click-through rates.Required Skills :
Research & Lead Hunting : Experience with prospecting tools such as Lusha Mr. E and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers across multiple outbound channels.CRM Expertise : Proficiency in using CRMs to manage and track leads (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce etc.).Data-Driven : Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach based on engagement metrics.Collaboration : Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in sync with the Account Executive team.Organizational Skills : Excellent time management attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in a similar Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative (BDR) role.Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsWhy Join :
