Location : Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The candidate must have prior experience in managing a Café, Lounge, or Bar. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining service standards, handling customer feedback, managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the restaurant team for efficient operations.
Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and guest service.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control.
Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize profitability.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Café / Lounge / Bar management is mandatory.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work across multiple outlets if required.
