Position : Restaurant Manager

Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The candidate must have prior experience in managing a Café, Lounge, or Bar. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining service standards, handling customer feedback, managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the restaurant team for efficient operations.
- Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and guest service.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control.
- Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize profitability.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Café / Lounge / Bar management is mandatory.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work across multiple outlets if required.
