Role Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager

to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a seamless patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key role in appointment coordination, patient management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.

Ensure timely patient follow-ups and record updates.

Handle patient feedback and online review management.

Maintain professional phone etiquette and assist with inquiries.

Support patient care coordination for a smooth clinical experience.

Foster relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals for tie-ups.

Ensure clinic operations run smoothly while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications & Skills :

Strong skills in appointment scheduling and handling patient inquiries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes.
