Landmark Infrastructure Solutions Pvt Ltd specializes in providing foundation engineering and construction services across India. The company also operates a rental division offering a wide range of material handling and concrete equipment, including hydraulic piling rigs, concrete boom placers, transit mixers, and crawler cranes with capacities up to 800 tonnes. Additionally, Landmark Infrastructure Solutions manages ready-mix concrete (RMC) services through its two batching plants located in Sonipat, Haryana. Our mission is to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the infrastructure and construction industries.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Account Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, facilitating sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include all the work relating to accounts work in the organisation must he highly. knowledgeable in thier work and learn to prepare books , records etc must also have a good knowledge of drafting and writing emails
. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of transactions and providing reports to the management team.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Proficiency in creating proposals and managing contracts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market opportunities and develop sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM tools like tally and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the construction or infrastructure industry is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Fields releted to commerce and accounting knowledge
