Key Responsibilities :
Client Liaison :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring effective communication.
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Platform Configuration :
Learn and master the assigned platform to configure and customize it according to client requirements, with a focus on integrating GRC capabilities.Implement and manage configuration changes to improve and optimize client workflows, particularly in the areas of governance, risk management, and compliance.Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards.Project Management :
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Training and Support :
Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the platform and its functionalities, including GRC features.Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support platform users.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.Requirements
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience :
2–3 years of experience as a GRC consultant or in a similar role, preferably in business process management or IT consulting.Experience configuring and customizing software platforms with a focus on GRC capabilities.Skills Required
