The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with proven experience in selling vacation packages and cruises. The successful candidate must be proficient with Canadian package booking platforms and have strong sales skills.

This is a sales-focused role; you’ll be advising clients on Caribbean destinations, US cruises, and air-inclusive packages while consistently achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and online inquiries in a professional manner
• Sell Caribbean and US cruise vacations departing from Canada (YVR, YYZ, YUL, etc.)
• Build and manage bookings through Softvoyage, Sirev, TravelBrands, WestJet Vacations, Air Canada Vacations, and other platforms
• Recommend and upsell air + cruise bundles, hotels, excursions, and cabin upgrades
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
• Stay current on cruise line promotions, supplier incentives, and industry trends
