Job Purpose and Impact
The Manager, Application Manager would manage & lead all our Electronic Content Management (ECM) platforms, solutions & products, across Cargill. He / she will lead our global ECM team to define the vision, strategy & help resolve business problems with right / needed content management solutions. In this role, you will manage the team, delivery & operations and provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and advise solutions & procedures in a cost-effective way to meet business & user needs / requirements, for the company’s current as well as future needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Four years of global supervisory experience.
Experience leading engineers / designers in Open Text ECM or other industry ECM capability.
