We’re expanding our online presence and looking for a  creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager  to take charge of our digital storytelling and grow our community across platforms.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a  Social Media Manager  who can lead Calfnero’s social presence across  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest .

You’ll be responsible for developing creative ideas, managing shoots, editing engaging reels, coordinating influencer collaborations, and running impactful campaigns that reflect the brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content strategies and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Handle product and lifestyle  photo / video shoots  – from concept to execution.
• Edit reels and short-form videos  for social media using mobile or desktop tools.
• Create visually appealing content using  Canva  and other editing apps.
• Coordinate and manage  influencer collaborations  – outreach, communication, and brief creation.
• Write and share  influencer briefs  for campaigns and barter collaborations.
• Stay updated with the  latest social media trends, audios, and formats  to keep the brand relevant.
• Plan and schedule content calendars for  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest .
• Track and report social media performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
