Job descriptionRespond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Build and nurture a vibrant online community to enhance brand loyalty. Manage social media crises and maintain brand reputation. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions. Work closely with the advertising team to maximize ROI on social spend. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms Creative mindset with good graphic design and video editing basics (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
