We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite position in Madhapur, Hyderabad with a corporate healthcare organization .

The role involves providing speech therapy services to children, primarily aged 2–6 years, in a structured clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for SLP professionals who are passionate about pediatric communication disorders and early intervention

Role Description

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify all required paperwork for beginning services
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children
• Analyze, interpret, and document evaluation results
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals
• Coordinate scheduling of evaluations and therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Provide evidence-based individual and / or group therapy
• Demonstrate empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professional conduct
• Write daily session notes, progress reports, and re-evaluation reports
• Educate families for better carryover into home environments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, educators, etc.)
• Implement ABA-informed strategies when appropriate (training provided)
• Participate in parent and staff training sessions
• Identify required materials and assessments and share with supervisors
• Stay updated with new therapy research and best practices
• Contribute to department visibility through collaborations and online content.
