Web Developer & Designer (2–4 yrs Experience) Real Estate

About StillPG

We’re a real estate company with multiple affiliated brands : Still Property Group, The Jade, and Hutton Group. You’ll work with us to build a strong brand presence for each brand and showcase it across our websites. We’re modernizing our WordPress sites and launching fast Next.js microsites.

What you’ll do

Build & ship : Next.js on Vercel, clean UX / UI, responsive layouts, Lighthouse 90+, WCAG AA basics.

WordPress : lightweight custom theme (no heavy builders), core security best practices.

Content systems : set up Sanity / Contentful (or WP headless) for property pages, availability, press, updates.

SEO & performance : schema templates, sitemaps, redirects, internal links; CWV awareness (LCP / CLS / INP).

Analytics : GA4 / PostHog, GTM, pixels / conversions, UTM hygiene; simple dashboards.

Maps & data : Mapbox for POIs and property maps (grow to isochrones / overlays over time).

Marketing collateral : brochures, one-pagers, leasing sheets, PDF tear sheets, site signage / banners.

Hosting & ops (right-sized) : DNS / redirects, Vercel + basic VPS tasks, backups / rollbacks, Cloudflare setup (APO / WAF / HTTP / 3) using playbooks; set up Redis & monitoring from templates; escalate advanced tuning as needed.

Quality : env vars, image / CDN strategy, basic CI checks, dependency / security updates.

Must-have skills

2–4 years building production sites with Next.js / React / TypeScript and WordPress (custom theme / plugins).

Figma for web design; Adobe CC (InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop) and print basics (bleed, CMYK, dielines, large-format).

Technical SEO fundamentals, accessibility awareness, solid Git / PR workflow.

Comfort setting up GA4 / PostHog and GTM, and reading Lighthouse / Core Web Vitals.

Nice to have (or learn here)

Sanity / Contentful, Cloudflare Workers / Pages, Lighthouse CI / bundle budgets, conversion APIs (Google / Meta / LinkedIn), Mapbox overlays / isochrones, Storybook / Playwright, simple AI features (FAQ / RAG or calculators), AppFolio.
