Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales, located in Vijayawada. The Head of Sales will manage day-to-day sales operations, oversee the sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure targets are met. The role involves leading account management efforts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Villas & Apartments project

Proven Sales and Sales Management skills

Experience in Team Management and Account Management

Strong Analytical Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field

Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory

Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
