Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, and facility maintenance. The role will also support the HR team in administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate office administration, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiation, contracts, and service quality.
- Oversee office supplies, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Support HR with onboarding logistics, event coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Manage petty cash, travel arrangements, and other admin-related expenses.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.–6 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.Strong organizational, multitasking, and vendor negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills
