Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property Accountant to join our growing finance team at Ahmedabad location. This role will support the Property Accounting function by assisting with day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property accounting using ResMan software and a strong enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in maintaining financial records for a portfolio of 5–8 properties.
• Support accounts payable activities, including invoice tracking and coordination with AP specialists.
• Help review and reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and owner-specific Excel schedules.
• Record and maintain journal entries including accruals, reclasses, and allocations.
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor and report on property cash balances.
• Assist with generating and distributing month-end and year-end reports.
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation.
• Reconcile subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger monthly.
• Process miscellaneous deposits and monitor intercompany accounts.
