Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute CRM marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Drive acquisition and growth initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Partner with product, growth, and analytics teams to design customer journeys and improve conversion funnels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and customer LTV.
  • Build strong value propositions and communication strategies for new product launches.

Key Requirements :

  • 5–7 years of experience in product or growth marketing , preferably in digital-first or consumer tech businesses.
  • Proven track record in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, and acquisition .
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
