Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly capable AI Full-Stack Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (30–35 hours per week). You’ll own the stack end-to-end — from backend architecture and APIs to frontend implementation. The project is AI-centric, focused on building a production-ready agent that solves a real business requirement.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI)
  • Develop responsive and performant UIs using Next.js
  • Integrate and optimize AI / LLM pipelines (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, custom agents)
  • Manage data pipelines, database models, and API integrations
  • Collaborate directly with founders and designers to bring ideas to life quickly
  • Own technical decisions across the entire stack — reliability, speed, and scalability

Tech Stack

  • Backend : Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, LangChain, OpenAI API
  • Frontend : Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
  • Infrastructure : Vercel / AWS / Supabase (depending on project)

    • Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience building full-stack applications
  • Strong experience with both Python and JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Proven ability to design backend systems and implement clean frontend UIs
  • Experience working with AI tools, APIs, or agents is a big plus
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of deliverables
  • Must be available to work in with some overlap with US EST time zone.
