About The Role
The Uber for Business Team is looking for sharp and highly motivated individuals to join our team in India! We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales experience who are passionate about commercial businesses. You'll be on the frontlines introducing Uber to organizations while developing and executing strategies around sales.
As an Uber for Business Senior ENT AE, you will be tasked with driving new business by winning long-term partnerships with our Top-Tier customers in India. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of Operations, Implementation Leads, Premium Support Specialists, Product Managers, and others to drive customer acquisition and growth through operational & commercial excellence in a fast-moving and innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Own and exceed sales targets, leveraging Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, while delivering high-impact executive presentations, product demonstrations, and deal negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, generating 1-3 new opportunities per week, and lead RFP processes targeting high-value enterprise deals. Identify and acquire new enterprise customers, engaging C-suite executives and key decision-makers, while leading complex sales cycles to drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including broader U4B Team, account management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution, balancing short-term revenue targets with long-term business growth.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of U4B solutions, proactively managing customer relationships to drive long-term retention, satisfaction, and service optimization.
- Lead strategic discussions with finance, procurement, and HR leaders to position U4B as a critical business solution, while expanding market influence through industry events and executive engagement.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of B2B sales experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Proven analytical capabilities to extract trends and insights from customer data, informing sales strategy and dynamic market responses.Strong executive presence and communication skills (articulation, presentation, interpersonal), with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and offer comprehensive solutions.Highly organized and problem-solving oriented, adept at using data-driven decision-making and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive results.Preferred Qualifications
Significant experience in Enterprise SaaS sales (8+ years), ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.Proficiency with key sales tech tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline management and analysis.Demonstrated sales success through market adversity or during ongoing product development cycles.A collaborative, 'give-and-take' approach to problem-solving, acting as a true peer and partner to the business and all relevant stakeholders.Skills Required
