Role : Team Lead-Content Delivery (Full-time)

Location : Noida (Hybrid - 4 Days Work from Office)

Experience : 3-5 years

Job Responsibilities : -

• Manage overall project schedules, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating effectively with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Liaise regularly with clients as the primary point of contact for content-related projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
• Develop, review, edit, and proofread content as needed, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and client expectations.
• Establish and maintain standardized workflows for content creation, client reviews, approvals, and delivery processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement feedback loops to improve efficiency and quality of output.
• Balance workload distribution across internal resources and external vendors to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
• Track and monitor key performance metrics such as turnaround times, revision cycles, and approval timelines for continuous improvement.
