We're seeking a VP of Product with a strong background in RMG (Real Money Gaming) or Gaming. This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned product leader who is ready to step into a high-impact executive role and shape the future of gaming rewards.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to make BeBetta the go-to platform for gamified rewards.
Lead and mentor the product team to build world-class features that drive retention and monetization.
Develop and optimize gamification mechanics that enhance user engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
Leverage data-driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings, ensuring user-centric innovation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive seamless execution and feature rollouts.
Engage with key stakeholders (users, partners, and investors) to align product development with business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends in gaming, blockchain, and digital rewards to maintain BeBetta's competitive edge.

Requirements

5-6 years of product leadership experience, with a proven track record in RMG, gaming, or entertainment.

Deep understanding of gamification, loyalty programs, and reward mechanisms.

Strong experience in data-driven product management, A / B testing, and analytics.

Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for gaming.

Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
