Experience : 2-3 Year

Qualification : BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities :

R&D Mechanical Design Engineer – Plans, calculates, designs, develops, tests, and modifies experimental and / or operational mechanical concepts or subsystems.

• The Mechanical Engineer will conceptualize, manage the design, development, testing, technical documentation, and launch of new products and extensions to existing product lines
• Lead the mechanical design and development of electric vehicle charger
• Participate in all phases of the hardware development lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Analysis, Prototype, Test, and Release)
• Drive and participate in design reviews, analysis reviews, Design for Manufacturability reviews and other team development activities to ensure you deliver compliant, robust, and high-quality designs
• Leverage new and emerging technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods to develop innovative and industry leading products.
• Interact with other disciplines to create solutions, deploy your designs, and investigate issues.
• Support program leads by creating development plans, milestone schedules, effort estimations, and cost estimations.
• Suggest continuous improvements for processes and best practices.
• Develops mechanical components.
• Tests mechanical components.
• Identifies and selects components, materials, parts and semi-products appropriate for mechanical system design.
• Creates mechanical models and tolerance analyses to simulate mechanical design concepts.
• Calculates and creates final layout including documentation and specification for parts, assemblies, or finished products.
• Calculate thermal management and cooling
• Maintains technical product files.
• Analyzes existing development procedures and suggests improvements.
• Implements or tests design solutions.
• Upgrades the design of existing devices by adding mechanical elements.
