Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Peermuchulla Zirakpur for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for nurturing and managing client relationships, providing expert financial guidance, and promoting the company's solutions in credit, lending, investment, and risk management. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, identifying their financial needs, advising on appropriate products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining market knowledge, and fostering long-term trust with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong understanding of Finance with knowledge of credit, lending, and investment solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to guide clients effectively
• Experience or skills in Sales with a focus on achieving financial targets
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to market trends
• A degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is desirable
• Prior experience in financial services or advisory roles is an advantage
