Your Role

Key responsibilities will include :

• Batch Operations : Follow the Master Production Record (MPR) and perform batch operations using PLC / SCADA systems.
• Data Management : Accurately record critical information (ingredients, weights, temperatures) into the database during batch execution, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to production equipment and processes effectively.
• Safety Compliance : Observe and adhere to all safety and quality regulations, reporting any accidents or safety violations.
• Process Improvement : Assist in planning and enhancing processes and product quality.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the successful completion of the production process.
• Physical Requirements : Meet the physical demands of the role, including extended periods of walking, standing, or sitting, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing appropriate safety gear.
