Position Summary :

As an Expert Engineer in Monitoring and Observability team, you will be defining, driving and executing the team’s monitoring & observability strategy. This includes ensuring end-to-end visibility, system reliability, as well as proactive and reactive incident resolution. This role involves providing technical guidance to a team of monitoring & observability engineers, developing the best practices, and optimizing monitoring, logging, and tracing frameworks to enhance system performance and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for designing client solutions that Ensono manages.

What You Will Do :

• Design and implement scalable monitoring & observability platform for Ensono’s Hybrid Cloud clients, using current tools in Ensono fleet such as BMC Truesight, BMC Helix, Entuity, VMWare Aria.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for observability, ensuring alignment with business and clients’ requirements
• Design, Plan and Enable adoption of AI & ML learning to Ensono’s Monitoring environment, with goal of proactive prevention of incidents from becoming
• Architect and optimize end-to-end monitoring solutions, for real-time visibility into network, distributed systems and applications
• Contiguous evaluation for best of breed tool & practices for monitoring and observability purposes, establish strong relationships with associated vendors
• Enhance distributed tracing capabilities to track performance and detect bottlenecks across microservices-based architecture
• Automate observability and monitoring instrumentation as well as telemetry collection across environment for deep insights
• Utilize Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform, to standardize monitoring and observability deployments
